Individual Nutrition Services
Due to increasing paperwork and fees charged by the NDIA for the NDIS moving into 2020 we will only continue to provide support for NDIS participants who are either self-managed or plan-managed. We sincerely regret this decision, however the expenses of continuing to be NDIS registered are unrealistic for us to cover.
If you, or your participant are approved under funding lines "Improved Daily  Living Skills" and/or "Improved Health and Wellbeing", all your services with us, including individual plans, menu development and nutrition counselling services are fully funded.
Please complete this form (click 'form') and return to us before your appointment. The form obtains information about you and your plan so we can write the required Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will need to fax (or email) this form back to us, and contact us to arrange an appointment in either our Kogarah, Sutherland or CBD office.

Group Home Menu Development
With so many people being involved with meal preparation in group homes, the overall structure and variety of meals can get lost. It's also common for support workers to either have limited cooking skills or their own individual thoughts around appropriate foods for the residents (eg: gluten free/dairy free/low carb etc). While this often is completely well intended it is often not indicated by residents, and can have unexpected implications (mostly around bowel function (or dysfunction).

We have years of experience developing structured meal plans for clients in group homes/houses. This includes menu reviews for the entire facility, developing recipes and resources, working with care support staff, culture change and monitoring strategies. We believe in balancing individual independence with physical health and well being from a whole home approach.  This process usually begins with a consultation (with staff & participants/clients, family members) and development of a menu/resources required to promote a nutrition policy consistent with everyone involved.
