Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 1/2 large banana
- 100g natural yoghurt
- 100ml Milk
- 1 tsp honey
- 3 tsp psyllium husks
- Ground cinnamon
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
- Garnish with banana slices and dust with cinnamon
Twists
- Add a teaspoon of ground flax seeds or chia seeds to add more fibre and other nutrients
- Add 2-3 tablespoons of raw old-fashioned oats to make it more filling
- Add a teaspoon of cacao powder for a chocolate banana smoothie
- Swap honey for maple syrup
